We know screen printing can come with a few questions—especially when you’re waiting on supplies. Here are the most common ones our customers ask:

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number, typically from UPS, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If it’s taking longer than expected or your tracking info isn’t updating, give us a call at 1-800-705-9488. We’re happy to help get things sorted.

When should my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note:

  • We do not ship on weekends
  • Holiday seasons may impact delivery times

Is this the right product for my printing setup?
