What is your return or exchange policy?

We go great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately on time and are of the highest quality. We accept returns and will refund payment if and when customers are disappointed by merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the item is in any way damaged or flawed; (b) the quality of the product is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) you have received the wrong item.

We work with third parties to ship our products, UPS and USPS. Shipping usually takes 7 to 10 business days. The cost of shipping depends on the item, the weight, the location the order is being shipped to, and number of items purchased. We ship out packages every week day at 3:30 pm Eastern time. Processing orders can take up to 3 business. (National holidays not included)
