  • 110 Mesh Screens – Ideal for bold prints, heavy coverage, and printing with white plastisol ink. Perfect for hoodies, darker garments, or underbases where opacity matters most.
  • 155 to 200 Mesh Screens – These are your go-to choices for everyday printing, offering a balance of detail and ink flow. Works great with both plastisol and water-based inks.
  • 230 to 305 Mesh Screens – Best suited for high-detail designs, halftones, and thinner inks like discharge or water-based ink. Great for achieving clean lines and minimal ink deposit.
